Description September 14, 2009 Jay-Z feat. Alicia Keys - Empire State of Mind VMA 2009 Live @ Madison Square Garden. Jay-Z joined forces with Alicia Keys and performed his brand new song "Empire State of Mind". Changing her red outfit with all-white costume, Lady GaGa appeared on the stage of Radio City Music Hall on September 13 with several backing dancers donning similar clothes. She delivered a medley of her two hit singles, "LoveGame" and "Paparazzi".
