Michael Jackson, ‘Michael’ — New Album

Michael Jackson ‘s new album ‘Michael’ offers fans a chance to hear ten unreleased recordings from throughout the King of Pop’s career, including some that date back to the early 1980s. The album’s first single, ‘Hold My Hand,’ opens the record, with Jackson’s first words, ”This life don’t last forever,” providing a sad reminder that he’s no longer with us. The soulful duet finds Akon trading vocals with Jackson on the chorus: ”Hold my hand / Baby I promise that I’ll do all I can / Things will go better if you just hold my hand / Nothing can come between us if you just hold my hand.” Jackson is in fine vocal form on ‘(I Can’t Make It) Another Day,’ a collaboration with Lenny Kravitz that also features Dave Grohl on drums….
