The girls are back for 2011 with a fun, brand new single called “Mama Lyuba” or “Mama Lover”.  Yes, I know what you’re thinking, I am not sure about that title either but the track is actually very catchy. There is an English version of the single as well but for some reason it doesn’t have as much of an impact as the original Russian version.- Serebro (Mama Lyuba, Silver) are a Russian trio, formed in Moscow, Russia in 2006. They are also famously known as the band who finished third in the Eurovision Song Contest 2007 in Helsinki with the song "Song #1". The band was formed in 2006 by Maxim Fadeev, a prominent Russian music producer, and consists of Elena Temnikova, Olga Seryabkina and Anastasia Karpova, who replaced the former member Marina Lizorkina.[1] Serebro is currently one of the most popular Russian bands; they released their debut album Opiumroz on 25 April 2009.[2] The band released three other singles from the album "Dyshi", "Opium" and "Skazhi, ne Molchi". The band released their first single of their EP "Izbrannoe" entitled "Like Mary Warner", in Russian as "Sladko". They released their sixth single "No Time" in April, 2009. The band released their seventh single "Let's Hold Hands" on 4 November 2010,[3] and have currently released their eight single "Mama Lover" on 8 August 2011. The group are due to release their second studio album in 2012.
